Holidays 2009

Christmas morning is here, the kids woke up at eight, we opened gifts and had a huge breakfast.




We went to Hardware Ranch and saw the 439 elk present that day. The kids loved it even though it was freezing.






In front of the Gateway's Christmas Tree on Christmas Day, the place was completely deserted.

We go to the Mandarin with our friends every December. The past three years we have started SHRIMPAPALOOZA, we order a few regular dishes but the main focal point of the meal is shrimp dishes, this year was a shrimp appetizer and 4 shrimp dishes, and two chicken dishes and another appetizer. This year was the first year we had coordinating shirts. (Courtesy of Brian)

Happy Birthday Sam! She chose banana cream pie instead of cake.

I can't believe she is 10, I remember celebrating Christmas with my new little baby.


Samantha is about 6 months old in this picture, she was a happy baby but a mama's girl, did not want anyone else to hold her.



I had a cookie exchange party for the girls friends, each girl brought ten of the same cookies and we exchanged them at the end. We played games and watched a movie, the girls loved it.

Mariah had a kindergarten program was really cute to watch, she knew all the songs and it was under 30 minutes!
